We’re totally serious when we say that because we know that everyone is not truly serious about taking better care of their health and losing weight.  If that’s the case with you, then why are you reading about the most effective and innovative personal trainer programs here in the area? You obviously have been thinking that you need to shed those pounds of your butt, hips, stomach, and thighs or you wouldn’t be searching the internet for information.

Think about your current lifestyle for a minute.  You’re probably in the shape you’re in because you got discouraged with that last Jenks Personal Trainer you signed up with.   When they just stuck you on some boring exercise machine or treadmill and walked away, leaving you completely unattended and unsupervised while they wandered off to sell another membership and fatten there commission check, you had to have gotten discouraged in the process.  We know – been there done that.

The harsh reality of the women’s fitness industry is that most of those “personal trainers” (as they are referred to) are nothing more than clipboard carrying losers that couldn’t keep a job as a fry cook at MacDonald’s.  The only reason that they were hired as a Jenks Personal Trainer was to too sell you a membership, take your money, increase the size of their commission check, and then park your butt on some idiotic exercise machine or treadmill and assume that you knew what you were doing.

That’s not at all surprising to us because we know that most women’s fitness and weight loss programs are a dime a dozen and only deliver temporary results at best.  We hear it all the time when new members sign up with one of our Jenks Personal Trainers here at our facility.  At least you have an opportunity now with one of our programs to finally achieve those fitness and weight loss goals that have always eluded you in the past.  But you can’t sit there on butt thinking about this because that won’t accomplish anything.
